Autonomous Administration in Euphrates calls on world to stand with Kobani

Today, the Democratic Autonomous Administration in the Euphrates Canton made a statement to public opinion, which was read in Freedom Square in the center of the city of Kobani, in the presence of representatives of the Democratic Autonomous Administration, political parties and community organizations, by Laila Ahmed.

The statement said: “We are ready at every second to solve the Syrian problems and outstanding issues through political and dialogue means so that the Syrian people can live in freedom and dignity. We in the Democratic Autonomous Administration of the Euphrates Canton with all its institutions and political parties confirm that we are open to dialogue in order to find a lasting solution.” 

These days, Syria and the areas  of North and East Syria Region are witnessing widespread attacks focused on our people in Shahba and Manbij, with direct support from the Turkish occupation state. These forces committed crimes against humanity, killing many children, women and the elderly.

There is no doubt that these attacks and crimes were in front of the entire world, as many painful graphic scenes appeared, such as beheadings, field executions, burning and torturing people, and all forms of violations were practiced against our people. In their legitimate right to defend the people, the Syrian Democratic Forces, the Women’s Protection Units, and the military councils resisted and directed strong blows to the occupier, and they made great resistance and many of our fighters were martyred.

The Turkish occupation state supported its mercenaries with air strikes from drones, and supplied them with all types of heavy weapons, and thus sent them towards our people in Shahba, Manbij, Ain Issa, and the countryside of Kobani, and committed massacres against them.

The Turkish occupation goal in these attacks is to exterminate the peoples of the region and occupy W Kurdistan, and this is the dream of the Turkish occupier. In particular, it is trying to attack the Democratic Autonomous Administration, and as soon as the spark of the July 19 revolution began in Kobani, we, with the resistance of Kobani, broke the power of ISIS and its ally Erdogan, and this matter became a center of concern for Turkish fascism, as it always threatens Kobani.

At these moments, Kobani is exposed to great threats and dangers, so public opinion must know how ISIS mercenaries were eliminated by our fighters, and the world breathed a sigh of relief, and here the world has become indebted to Kobani and its fighters, and the time has come to stand by Kobani, and we call on our people, global public opinion, the Democrats, the Liberals, and the  international coalition and the entire world must join together to protect the dignity and humanity of Kobani.
