Turkish forces and factions of the "National Army" supported by Turkey have once again targeted the Tishreen Dam and areas within around its perimeter with coordinates 37SDA2634026509 in the southern countryside of Kobani.
The targeting included civilians protesting at the dam located on the Euphrates River in support of the Syrian Democratic Forces in repelling attacks from the "National Army," resulting in the death of 4 civilians and the injury of 15 others, including at least two women, with several in critical condition. The number of deaths is likely to increase due to the severity of some injuries.
During the transfer of the injured from Tishreen Dam to hospitals in the city of Tabqa, an ambulance belonging to the Kurdish Red Crescent, which was transporting the wounded, was directly targeted by a Turkish drone at coordinates 37SDA3382609044. The fate of the ambulance crew remains unknown, while the vehicle was almost completely destroyed, and we will confirm the information as soon as we get them.
Additionally, the village of Sifi in the southern countryside of Kobani was shelled by Turkish forces and factions of the "National Army" supported by Turkey, causing damage to civilian and public properties in the village. The village of Tineh and a car garage in the city of Sirin, located in the southern countryside of Kobani, were also subjected to aerial bombardment, likely by Turkish warplanes.
